The software doesn't have the capability of changing the compatibility mode by itself. However, right click it and select Properties > Compatibility. From the next window, uncheck all the options and leave the software to work in its native mode. Apply the changes, right click it again and select Run as Administrator. If it's necessary, re-install the application again. This should also solve your issue with the software.
